- 01Are you an agency, a dev shop, or consultants?
- None of the above. Agencies take tickets; consultants leave decks. We embed as your technology leadership, take ownership of outcomes, and stay until the systems run in production, and beyond.
- 02We already have a dev team. Where do you fit?
- We multiply it. We operate at the layer most teams are missing (strategy, architecture, product direction), and build alongside your engineers where it counts. Everything we build is documented and handed over.
- 03Do you only do AI?
- AI is our strongest lever, and we bring it to nearly everything we build. What makes it work is everything underneath. We're product and systems engineers first: ground-up platforms, cloud architecture, data, integrations. That's why our AI runs in production, not in demos.

- You do. Code, models, documentation: everything we build belongs to you from day one. And when the fit is right, we go further: we take equity partnerships in companies we believe in, and own the outcome alongside you.

- It starts with a 30-minute call. Then we come back with a concrete improvement plan: the operational issues and growth opportunities we see, what we'd do about them, and what they're worth. Some wins are immediate. If we move forward, we embed: weekly shipped increments, not quarterly reports.
- 06How big is North Star?
- A senior core of principals, backed by an on-demand network of Israel's top-1% engineers. Small enough to own every engagement personally, with a deep enough bench to build anything.
- 07What does "Strategy First. AI Second." mean?
- It means we decide what is worth doing before we decide how to build it. We map technology directly to your revenue and overhead first. Then bring AI where it is the strongest lever. AI is powerful, but it only pays off on top of the right strategy, architecture, and data. That is why our AI runs in production, not in demos.

We are product and systems engineers first, which is what lets the AI on top run reliably.
